So today was a GOOD day. Hip (R) is still not 100% but definitely not keeping me from my training. I set up to do my Garmin watch suggested workout and kept running for a TOF (time on feet) of 1 hr and 45 min. Total mileage of 12. (11.3 + warmup)
So this week I have a mileage count of 68 miles, and year to date I have 450 miles.
